Good salads are a combination of suitable products and they’re something most people are always hungry for.
Their taste is mainly determined by their flavor, type, product quality, and the way we cut them.
Chopped in small pieces products mix their taste, and when in large pieces we could taste a more precise individual products. To make a delicious salad of particular importance is the diversity of products, mainly depending on the season determined the choice of the salad. Preparation of several sauce and mix them seriously can alter the taste of the salad, the more diverse the better. The taste depends on the quantity of products, it must have a leading product and others to further flavor it. Choice of salad is determined according to what products we have. Interesting flavor can be achieved by heat treatment of vegetables on the grill or pan, by flavor with lemon, garlic, dill, parsley, soy sauce. Cold and raw product gives an additional fresh look and shows the exact taste of the products. For people not professionally involved in cooking is difficult to think of combinations other than normal but it’s not an obstacle to try some Cook Book recipes. Salads can be sufficiently nutritive depending on the food products used, as for the choice of different spices we can define that ourselves to our own liking.
